15-year-old referred to juvenile department after video shows him fire gun from vehicle

EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A 15-year-old teen was referred to the juvenile probation department after being seen in a social media video firing a gun out of a window.

Officials said the incident happened on I-10 west in the Sunland Park area.
