EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — The target of a narcotics operation at a Petro Gas Stop involved a 22-year-old man who was dealing cocaine, according to the arrest report.  The large law enforcement presence in Socorro on December 9 stemmed from a drug bust at the truck stop near Interstate 10.  David Angel Roque had sold baggies of cocaine to an undercover sheriff's detective on two separate occasions, according to a criminal complaint affidavit.
