El Paso man receives 20-year sentence for selling fentanyl pill resulting in overdose

EL PASO, TX (KFOX14/CBS4) — An El Paso federal court handed down a 20-year prison sentence to a local man convicted of distributing a controlled substance causing serious bodily injury.

According to court documents, on Jan. 10 Patrick Harley Chaires, 28, sold a counterfeit M-30 pill containing fentanyl.
