EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A 23-year-old man was arrested and accused of killing a 16-year-old girl in far east El Paso, the El Paso Police Department confirmed on Friday.

Cesar Roa of east El Paso was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on March 3. He faces a murder charge and five drug charges.
